EMDR therapy with us offers a structured yet gentle way to help your nervous system release the grip of past experiences. Many clients arrive feeling stuck in old memories, body sensations, or beliefs like "I'm not safe" or "It was my fault," even though they logically know better.

We spend time first building safety and stabilization, so your system has enough support before we touch the hard material. 


When you feel ready, we use EMDR's bilateral stimulation - through eye movements or other methods - to help your brain reprocess what happened in a more adaptive way. You remain in control of the pace, and we pause whenever needed. EMDR can be woven together with Internal Family Systems and somatic tools, honoring the protective parts of you that may be wary of going near certain memories. Over time, many people notice that the past feels more distant, less charged, and no longer defines who they are.
